Hello and welcome to Tenerife Property Rentals, here you will find all the information you need about renting our luxury apartment in Duquesa Del Mar, in the resort of Golf Del Sur, Tenerife.

To assist you in making your decision, we have included several photographs of both the inside and outside of the property, a detailed introduction to the Golf del Sur area and other useful pieces of information to help you get the most out of your visit to the island, including where to eat and places to visit.

We have tried to include as much detail for you as possible, in an attempt to offer a complete holiday package, you will find links to all the budget airlines that currently fly to the island, offers on airport parking and you can also arrange your car hire booking at specially discounted prices.

Other details include information about the leisure facilities on the resort, including golf courses, water sports, beaches and the bowling, health spa and gym facility which are next door to the Duquesa Del Mar complex.

We will always try to accommodate people and offer as much flexibility as possible, we can even hold a booking for a 24 hour period for you, whilst you confirm all your flight arrangements. We have a number of returning guests each year to our apartment and most of our bookings are taken from recommendations through friends, relatives or work colleagues.

That Personal Touch

Upon arrival into Tenerife, why not travel in style by pre-booking our personal, English speaking, taxi transfer service to take you directly to the front door of your apartment, then, at the end of your stay our driver will collect you from the apartment to take you back to the airport in good time to catch your return flight back to the UK.

We also include a 15-minute tour of the Golf Del Sur resort, to familiarise you with the area, together with a complementary bottle of bubbly on arrival to the apartment.

This service is very popular and ideal for those people who do not feel comfortable in hiring a car whilst visiting the island.
